● Continue creating blogs biweekly based on industry trends
○ Goal: find the right cadence and way for Indie Consulting to build credibility in the digital marketing space as not just a service provider, but also a thought leader
● Create a recommendation for Indie Consulting’s approach to Instagram including: role of the platform, content types, posting cadence, and content calendar
○ Goal: leverage Instagram as an additional point of discovery and/or credibility building platform to connect with clients and other organizations
● Case study creation
○ Goal: take key learnings from Indie team to create simple, but concise case studies to be used in new business pitches and/or on indie.com
● Industry research
○ Goal: stay up to date with platform updates and innovation opportunities via monitoring of platform blogs and sharing relevant updates with the Indie team
Partnerships:
- Publications: research potential opportunities for Indie to be featured in various online or print publications
- Speaking opportunities: explore opportunities to speak at universities, conferences, or webinars to further expand the indie network
