TOP FIVE
🚀Vision / A couple months ago we shared an overview of Shake Shack and how its management created a bottoms-up track to Michelin restaurants. In"The Hospitality Quotient" we get the real deep dive and story on how Danny and his team created a playbook for culture and advancement. Kudos to the special mentor who sent this one our way.
🌵Trailblazing / Laurene Powell Jobs has always ran away from the spotlight. I guess we can get to know Laurene a bit in "Laurene Powell Jobs Is Putting Her Own Dent in the Universe".
🦄 Venture Capital / Venture Desktop opens the door to the logic behind "The Business Equation". Drawing insights from Michael Dearing and Keith Rabois, we can look at business models and user engagement from a critical lens.
👍SaaS / One of the most popular business models, Software as a Service (SaaS) keeps growing. Stripe breaks down the different strategies within SaaS and how to approach sales in each. Give it a read in "The business of SaaS"
🔢1:1 / This one doesn't need preamble, "Managers, Take Your 1:1s to the Next Level with These 6 Must Reads".
