Hi friends,
Another week wrap up here. We had our first Mentors Meetup last week and it was a success. Now it's time to make it 10x better for our students, so stay tuned. Shameless plug: if you are a female industry pro or alumni and want to give back through mentorship, we would love to have you in our network. Hit reply and I can make it happen.
We have some more big NC State news next week, so today is all about the content.

🎯 In a world where startups are looking for the next hack and easy way to spread information, first principles are quickly lost. To fix this, NFX talks "Why People Share: The Psychology Behind “Going Viral”.
🎤 If you din'd listen to Scott Belsky's episode yet, I encourage you to go and do that now. But another great one is Carlos Brito's chat with O'shag this past week. It's an orchestra of managerial principles, prowess, and awareness. Give it a listen in “Creating and Ownership Culture”.
🦄 If you've been in this newsletter long enough, you know I'm a believer that crypto's killer play will be in gaming. ✏️ “We learn more from people who challenge our thought process than those who affirm our conclusions.” That's what Adam Grant addresses in Why You Need a ‘Challenge Network’. With that at hand, I challenge some of Adam's premises, but I see where he's coming from. We can talk about where I differ next time we catch up.
